Handling And Processing Time
International orders will be processed and shipped within 48 hours after purchase, Monday- Friday, excluding holidays.

International Shipping Carriers And Times
All packages are shipped via USPS or UPS for all international orders. Not all services listed below are available in all the countries or regions we ship to. Please use the shipping calculator on the cart page of the HOPE International store to see available options for your country.

USPS Methods And Times
• First Class Package International - 1-4 weeks
• Priority Mail International - 6-10 days
• Priority Mail Express International - 3-5 days
   
UPS Methods And Times
• UPS Worldwide Expedited – 4-5 days
• UPS Worldwide Saver – 2-3 days

Shipping Restrictions
Many countries' postal services aren't accepting shipments from USPS or UPS due to varying factors. Please reference the list below of countries that we cannot ship to. This list is updated regularly when statuses change.

International Shipping Charges
Customers who purchase products on the HOPE International store are responsible to pay shipping charges at checkout and have a choice between UPS and USPS if they are available to the destination country. Certain sales or coupons may grant free shipping on certain orders at the discretion of HOPE International.

VAT Fees (Valued Added Taxes)
Certain countries add VAT fees to product shipments. These can be due at the time of checkout and/or at the time of delivery. The customer is responsible for paying all VAT fees.

Shipping Insurance And Delivery Confirmation
All international shipments are insured by the sender (HOPE International and Image Pointe) for the value of the entire order (up to $2500) excluding VAT fees and other shipping fees due at the time of delivery to the destination country. This includes lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered packages. Please email webstores@imagepointe.com if you need to make an insurance claim or if your package has not arrived on time.

When possible, depending on the country, we require a signature for delivery verification and confirmation for all international shipments.

Other International Shipping Fees
Customs, duties and import taxes vary from country to country and start at different values for different types of products and are unforeseen by the shipper (HOPE International and Image Pointe).

If the product you order qualifies for import taxes, you as the customer will be responsible for paying these fees to your country's customs or tax department to receive the package.

For countries that require packages to be held by the country's customs department, in most cases a notification will be sent to the recipient by mail or phone, telling them how much they need to pay and how to pay to receive their package. Once the recipient pays the amount due, the package will be delivered. If the recipient doesn't pay the fees that are due, the package will be returned to the sender, or held by the country, depending on the country's policies.

International Return Shipping
HOPE International does not accept discretionary returns for international purchases outside the United States excluding Canada. 

Please view our return and exchange policy for information on shipping for returned or exchanged products. Duties, taxes, and other cross-border fees are non-refundable if they apply.
